Formed.org
Registering for FORMED is easier than ever:
- Go to formed.org/signup
- Find our parish by entering Holy Trinity Batavia in the search box.
- Select Holy Trinity 140 N. Sixth Street Batavia OH from the list… it should appear near the top, and click NEXT.
- Enter your name and email address on the next screen.
- Check that email account for a link to begin using FORMED.

Already Registered?
Signing into FORMED has also become a lot easier and parish codes and custom registration URLs are no longer needed. Now you can just go to formed.org/signup and find our parish to sign up for the first time. After you have initially “signed up” and created your account;
- Find “Are you a member? Sign In” link in the upper middle of the screen.
- Click “sign in”
- Enter the email address you used to register with FORMED.
- Then check your email in-box on the same device for the authentication email.
- Going forward, as long as you don’t log out or clear your cookies, you should remain signed in.
